Crazy Reality in Fixing His Broken Ballerina: Volume 1

Well, at the risk of sounding really, really crazy, I am confessing something today about the book I am now writing for release November 13th, Fixing His Broken Ballerina: Volume 1.

Just a few days ago, my adorable daughter came to my house and applied a set of nail wraps to my nails. This is my second set and SHE is totally responsible for getting me hooked on them. They last two to three weeks, which means I can completely ignore them for that length of time while I go on about my life.

As I was sitting today, looking yet again at my newly “wrapped” nails, I found myself wondering if nail wraps had been made that have anything to do with ballet. So, of course, I took to the internet to do a search. As you can see here, I found a darling wrap that embraces the whole concept of dance.

As I sat looking at these, I found that they had become my muse. I was so inspired that I thought up this outrageous way to incorporate them as a substantial entry into my story. There is a small running theme on these wraps from almost the beginning of the story, and ends with a surprise “nail wraps” happening (quite sweet and romantic) at the end. (Should give a definite present-day reality to the story. At least, I hope!)

Fixing His Broken Ballerina (cover)littleThis whole entry seems a little bit to me like an episode of Ripley’s Believe It or Not. But it’s true. I really have incorporated them into my newest  romance novel, being released on November 13th…

In the meantime, I hope that my readers have been enjoying my last novel in two volumes: Becoming His Awesome Beauty.
